Return & Exchange Policy
Return & Exchange Period will honor qualified returns or exchanges for 30 days after initial purchase date. Note that a restocking fee may apply for certain items if returned after being removed from the original packaging.


Refund & Returns Details (including restocking fee details)

All original accessories (connection cables, remotes, etc.) and packaging must be returned with the original product to be considered for a refund.

Single items returned after a bundle purchase will be refunded at the single item price. 

All AA battery sales are final and not eligible for returns.

Refunds will be credited to the original credit card or PayPal account used for payment. Once we have processed a refund, you will be notified via email. Note that it may take two to three business days for a refund to display on your bank statement.


How To Return Your Items:

  1. Contact via email at or by Phone at 317-708-2508 to notify the orders team that you would like to initiate the return process. We will provide a return address or label to you - do not send items without return authorization.
  2. Pack your return in the original shipping package, if possible.  If qualified, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label.  Please contact us directly to arrange for a prepaid postage label.
  3. Include the original packing slip or a note with your name, order number and a phone number where you can be reached. Please indicate the reason for the return.
  4. Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories for full refund consideration.

Returned Checks:

All retuned checks will incur a $15.00 fee, plus the original purchase amount.

Consumers should contact the device manufacturer directly for warranty repair issues at the toll-free number provided in the device instruction manual.
